Conscious Leadership Foundation
Catalyzing the Tipping Point of the Next Generation of Global Leaders
in Elevating Humanity's Consciousness
As a social enterprise, 100% of our company profits fund the Conscious Leadership Foundation through our fiscal sponsor Kitsap Community Foundation, helping local school teachers be trained to help K-5 kids in areas such as mindfulness, emotional management, focus, stress relief, leadership through the proven Brain Power Wellness curriculum that has trained over 500 schools, 25K teachers, and 500K students.
Vision
Our next generation of kids master energy management, emotional resilience, and mindfulness as an integral part of all school curriculum. The United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goal of Quality Education to “ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning” has exceeded all measures as we create a new era of humanity with 70 million global earth citizens leading the way.
How It Began
The foundation kicked up by hosting a Conscious Business Summit in Poulsbo, WA on Nov 2019, fundraising $3,300 at the event to jumpstart the fund followed by a series of mini fundraisers online and in partnership with local businesses. Madrona Waldorf school was the first recipient school to be gifted training for the second graders when the pandemic hit halfway through the program.
Since then, we have partnered with like minded organizations to find scholarship recipients for educators and teachers to take the training to bring to their classroom and students. We currently have granted 3 scholarships to teachers and our goal is to grant 10 per year. We already have enough funds to do this, the challenge is in getting the word out and finding the recipients.
Where does the money go?
100% of your donation goes straight towards funding educators to get trained in the Brain Power Wellness curriculum for themselves and their kids.
How can I support?
Believe it or not, funding isn’t our main challenge–it’s finding conscious teachers and educators willing to take the course. Especially since the pandemic, many are already exhausted from their day to take time out to take the trainings that are currently online.
If you or someone you know is a teacher, educator, homeschool co-op parent, or anyone that wants to bring mindfulness and emotional resilience to their students, please contact rebecca@brainpowerwellness.com.

Meet The Founder
Anna Sun Choi, Founder
Anna purpose is to catalyze the next generation of global leaders to cause a tipping point in elevating humanity’s consciousness.
When her son was 6 years old, he came home upset about a recess incident. A gang of kindergarteners shouted profanity for no reason at their first grade group that escalated to an all out fist fight. With tears and bloody noses, the school monitors had them say sorry and the parents were never informed. After finding out about chairs being thrown at the teacher, the art class cut out completely for a K-5 school, and repeated attempts to make it better as a chaperone, art docent, and PTA member–the last straw was at bed time, when Eli began shooting at her with a gun–not typical behavior.
After moving him to a private school, Anna vowed with her husband to do more for the school than just continue paying tax dollars towards the school district–but make a deeper impact to get to the root of the challenge.
A Solution
Anna discovered a curriculum that was used in El Salvador the hardest hit schools full of ongoing, never ending violence and trauma. Their curriculum worked so well spreading to schools countrywide, that the founder of the Curriculum was awarded the Presidential Award by the President of El Salvador. Knowing her initial public school had 25 % of the school with ACE (Adverse Childhood Experience) children, she wanted to bring this proven tested approach to teachers.
Today, she brings together existing organizations who share the same vision and mission together where 100% of donations pass through to granting teachers scholarships for brain power wellness training for themselves and to their students.

I can use many activities now to help students to calm when their level of anxiety is overwhelming. . . more excited by providing more ways to dive deep with our students. Celebrating and appreciating them as they teach us how to grow while being uncomfortable.
For emotional wellness, I've added a lot more focus on letting kiddos experience their emotions...they need a teacher available to help them through the emotion, and move on.
We are not there to prevent strong feelings...we are there to support them while they experience the feelings, learn about them, and develop strategies so that the emotions are not as uncomfortable as they could be.
Empowering students to lead exercises themselves as "Energy Masters" is always a great way to build autonomy and leadership skills and build confidence.
