Who is this retreat for?
BIPOC leaders and allies who exemplify character, contribution and community impact. The intention of the retreat is to nourish leaders “at the top who feel alone” in community with like minded people who get it, as well as begin to build a trusted community to lean on. While at least half will be local leaders, there may be others applying from out of state flying in to attend.
Do I need to be BIPOC to apply?
Nope! This leadership retreat is inclusive for both BIPOC leaders and BIPOC allies as well. We welcome all leaders who want to create more peace within themselves to be better serve their communities.
If I don’t receive a scholarship, how much are retreat tickets?
$297/person. Participating promotion partners receive an additional 10% discount code rates for their members and community. Contact anna@soljoy.life if you’d like to be a promotion partner and receive a discount code for your community!
How do scholarships work?
Our scholarship sponsor Up from Slavery Initiative, will select up to 10 needs based scholarships to attend the retreat based on 5 criteria. Learn more and apply below.
