Clients Who Trust Us:
About The Founder
Since age 6, my passion for song and dance was redirected into competitive violin, athletics, academics, and student body leadership roles. Fear and performance anxiety led to constant self criticism and eventually severe IBS.
As a broke art major, I built and sold my first six figure financial planning practice by age 27. But my quest to achieve at all costs led to physically collapsing from sheer exhaustion.
At rock bottom, when my family of 3 was living on food stamps borrowing money from my parents, I met my energy masters, H.H. Sai Maa and Ilchi Lee, whose mindfulness, meditation, and qigong practices changed my life.
Instead of avoiding even 5 minutes of self care, I now prioritized consistent, soul nourishing habits healing my health. “Having it all” became possible with a record revenue year in business, traveling the world, taking 9 weeks off, and being with family.
Despite the outward success, I still feel unfulfilled. All I wanted was to feel the elixir of being alive;
I journeyed within to find what truly lit me up. After meditating 100 hours in 10 days and clearing emotional baggage in relationships, I earned my Black Belt in Taekwondo and was certified as an Energy Master.
Then unexpectedly, during a 16 day road trip, I wrote my first original song igniting a passion for songwriting I didn’t know existed. Within 6 months, I released a new song alongside a 7 time Emmy award winner at a global world peace concert!
Today, SolJoy ignites your light through energy mastery, movement, and meditation.
We’ve distilled ancient wisdom and 20,000+ hours of transformation into practical steps for modern living. Ignite your power within and unleash your brilliance so you can shine your brightest light.
If you seek a path to heal your body and trust your soul’s guidance alongside a community of conscious entrepreneurs, let’s connect. Your transformation begins here.

How It Began
The foundation kicked up by hosting a Conscious Business Summit in Poulsbo, WA on Nov 2019, fundraising $3,300 at the event to jumpstart the fund followed by a series of mini fundraisers online and in partnership with local businesses. Madrona Waldorf school was the first recipient school to be gifted training for the second graders when the pandemic hit halfway through the program.
Since then, we have partnered with like minded organizations to find scholarship recipients for educators and teachers to take the training to bring to their classroom and students.
