Energy Principle: Where your mind goes, Energy flows...

In this episode of Energytv, learn how to feel energy by creating and energy ball.

1.Activate energy in your hands by clapping, shaking them in the air, twisting the wrists fingers up like screwing a light bulb in, tapping your finger tips and wrists, and rubbing them to make friction.

2. After 2-3 minutes, stop the activation. Place your awareness between your hands and imagine an energy ball. Where your mind goes, energy flows . . .

3. Relax and as you inhale, expand the ball. As you exhale, contract the ball. Continue moving the energy ball with your breath until you develop a capacity to feel the energy and follow the energy within that will then move your breath, then your hands.

3 quick EXERCISES BEFORE BED

Just like you brush your teeth daily, these 3 quick bedtime exercises before bed will help you clear the energy from the day in this training.

1. Roll backs
Make sure you have loose fitting clothes plus carpet, a cushion or mat below you. Sitting up, knees to chest, roll backwards and back up again. Massage your spine with the ground as you continue inhaling through the nose and out the mouth to release body tension. Do this 10-20x as your body condition allows.

2. Sleeping Tiger
In this Qigong posture, lie on your back arms and legs suspended in the air flexing both wrist and ankles like energy antennaes. Press the lower back into the ground, relaxing your head and shoulders. Your lower abdomen engaged, continue breathing imagining breathing energy through the centre of your palms and soles of your feet, accumulating into an energy ball in your lower abdomen. Hold this posture for 2-10 minutes as your body condition allows.

3. Toe Tapping
Lying down or sitting up, bring your heels together and tap your big toes than your pinky toes to the ground. Be sure to twist from your hip joint your entire leg, in and out like windshield wipers.

ENERGY PRINCIPLE: WATER UP, FIRE DOWN

Learn Dahnjon Tapping as a simple way to bring awareness into the body for better energy circulation.

Dahn means “Energy” in korean and Jon means “field or center”. Dahnjon means energy center like a chakra. By activating your lower dahnjon, you fire up your primary power center of the body to create proper water up fire down circulation, of a calm mind or cool head, and hot core to accumulate energy as a constant source of replenishment.

Go 2 inches below the naval, midway in the body and gently tap with the heel of your fist. Tap hard enough to feel a vibration go through to the small of your back, but not so hard that there’s pain. It may feel slightly uncomfortable. Follow your body’s condition.

Tap in the same spot with each fist, knees soft, feet in a horse riding stance. Release all tension and stress by relaxing the body and allowing gravity to bring your energy down. Once you feel saliva in your mouth, heat, or sweat, you’ve achieved “Water. Up Fire Down” circulation–your natural energy circulation state. Congrats!
