We Serve Historically Excluded, Underrepresented Leaders, Founders, and their Allies through Radical Wellness

100% of your donations provide access to underrepresented leaders in wellness training that lasts.

Our proven, college-accredited somatic mindfulness training course Ignite  develops mindfulness, emotional resilience, focus, stress relief, and leadership skills.

We specialize in somatic mindfulness modalities of meditation, movement, music, and martial arts to integrate the mind and body so they can embody what they learn for long term impact.

Mission

We are restoring resilient leaders by equipping them with tools and practices for sustainable wellness, replenishing self-care, and somatic mindfulness so they embody loving compassion for themselves and their communities.

Our mindfulness programs, retreats, potlucks, and peace performances build belonging and a unified voice for peace in times of chaos.

Vision

Our next generation of leaders are embodying peace in any chaos. They are the anchors for loving compassion on the planet, modeling a new humanity of co-existence.

Why Donate

Be part of a Presence Movement to restore resilience and mental well-being for underrepresented community leaders, founders, and educators. These individuals work tirelessly to uplift their communities but often face burnout, stress, and emotional exhaustion—without access to the wellness resources they need to sustain their impact.

Our college-accredited mindfulness training equips leaders with somatic practices, meditation, movement, music, and martial arts to develop emotional resilience, reduce stress, and cultivate sustainable self-care. By providing access to these wellness programs, we ensure leaders can continue their work without sacrificing their own well-being.

This is more than just wellness—it’s about empowering those who serve others.

To remove financial barriers and ensure equitable access to life-changing training, 100% of donations fund scholarships for leaders in need.

Your support makes healing possible.

Donate today and help us create a future where every leader has the strength to keep making an impact.

Our Story

Anna teaching Eli's class

From the Founder: When my 6 year old son broke down emotionally before bed, he shared about a gang fight provoked by kindergartners to his 1st grader friend group. He screamed at them to stop fighting as they got into a bloody fist fight. Parents weren’t notified.

At this school, many kid’s parents were in prison, kids threw chairs at the teachers, so tried to get involved volunteering for field trips, attending PTO, and becoming the art docent but it was too much.

We made the decision change schools but I couldn’t walk away from the kids left behind.

Brain Power Wellness was a proven school program that successfully transformed the hardest hit schools beyond social emotional learning. It was time to bring that training to our local schools.

Our History

In 2019 we launched the Conscious Leadership Foundation fund at the Conscious Business Summit raising $3,300 in partnership with Kitsap Community Foundation.

By 2020, we gifted our first mindfulness training to 6 second graders at Madrona Waldorf—just as the pandemic hit.

In 2021, we partnered with Brain Power Wellness and Kitsap Strong, granting our first 3 Power Brain Wellness online educator scholarships to bring to classrooms. However, schools had no capacity to receive our grant awards with more urgent challenges to address day to day.

To ensure funding kept moving in the community, by 2023 we pivoted to expand our outreach from educators in schools to underserved leaders and their community. We piloted peace performances and retreats partnering with local nonprofits.

By 2025, we expanded from solely a scholarship fund to now training underserved leaders through our own wellness retreats, programs, potlucks, and performances.

Today, 100% of your donation provides access to free, life-changing programs for underserved leaders to share in their communities.

We are 100%  volunteer-powered and fiscally sponsored by Angels for Angels (EIN 27-5180670).

Help us bring healing where it’s needed most.

2. They are mission aligned in our approach of using movement, music, performance art, mindfulness and meditation to heal hearts, bodies, and minds to transform our next generation of leaders from burnout to resilient

3. They are foundations who support wellness and mindfulness programs and initiatives in our local communities

Restore Resilient Leaders in Underserved Communities

Stress, crisis, and exhaustion often force underrepresented leaders in historically excluded communities to burnout when needed the most.

These leaders are fighting for change, yet they lack access to high quality, affordable wellness and mindfulness programs to keep them going.

Without wellness support, they face exhaustion, burnout, and emotional distress—limiting their ability to serve.

Wellness isn’t a luxury. It’s survival. Leaders who burn out can’t fight for their communities. Your support ensures they stay in the game.

Where does my donation go?

Every dollar you donate to SolJoy Peaceful Warriors, a 501(c)3, 100% volunteer-run nonprofit,  provides access to funds and training for underserved leaders in one of our programs for:

  • Somatic Mindfulness Trainings to access our mindfulness and resilience programs Ignite and Brain Power Wellness
  • Leadership Wellness Retreats to equip leaders with sustainable self-care practices
  • Mental Health and Peace Performances to help educators, founders, and change makers combat burnout through practicing performance art

No Barriers. Just Access.

Many leaders—especially those from historically excluded communities—can’t afford high-quality wellness training. We make sure they don’t have to. 100% of your donation funds fully paid scholarships so money is never a reason someone doesn’t get the support they need.

When you give, you don’t just help one person—you impact entire communities. Every leader we train takes these tools back to their teams, schools, and organizations, creating a ripple effect of resilience and healing.

Your Return on Investment

You are investing in the next generation of leaders who will

✔ Stay calm and focused under pressure to lead with strength, clarity, and compassion

✔ Build emotional resilience to handle stress and setbacks

✔ Strengthen their mind body connection to be more present by integrating movement, meditation, and music into daily self care practices

Invest in resilient, underserved leaders. Give today.
